Mark P. Barry founded MPB Legal in [year] with a simple idea: that solo attorneys, working directly with clients, can deliver better legal services than large firms charging three times as much. Fifteen years and several hundred matters later, that idea still drives the practice.

Mark represents small businesses, creative professionals, and families on matters ranging from business formation and contracts to trademark filings, estate planning, and collections work for medical and professional practices. The common thread across these areas is the kind of client he serves best — people who want a lawyer who will actually pick up the phone, explain what's going on in plain language, and stick around for the questions that come up six months later.

Licensed in both Indiana and California since 2010, Mark works with clients on both sides of the country and is comfortable bridging legal matters that touch both states. He's a court-approved mediator and has appeared in state and federal courts in Indiana.
